Just because I’m always looking for this link, I’m putting it here to make it easier to find in the future.  Its the coolest wheel offset tool we’ve never bought.

Put a new pictures area for pictures that are not car specific, but more garage centric.  So anything that cant be classified as being about one specific car land here now.

Fixed the return hose on the lift this morning - had been on our garage white board for some time now, and we can finally cross that one off.

While this is truly out of scope for this site, anyone looking for status on dad (a.k.a. Rich) can find it here.

Not too much content update, much has been going on outside of the garage. But there is a picture index format change on both Ford and Chevy sites. Please see the picture index links to the left for more information.

As of this date, all new entries will be placed in the database for the Ford and the Chevy instead. Its much easier to update this way, at least for me.

Finally some updates on the Chevy in the Chevy section. Some steering column and shaft work, and a bit of driveshaft work. Also created a new Chevy picture index as well.

Its been a while, but finally an update. This is not an update on work completed, but an update to the Ford picture index. We finally got done scanning the old “real” pictures into the computer, and the results are that you can click on thumbnails and get nice full detail shots. Much much better than the older way, which took forever to load. This is still bulky since there are over 300 pictures, but it is considerably better, and definately friendlier to people that have dial-up lines.

Not much to report today. Some updates and findings on the Ford, but you can read about in the Ford section. I plan to post different links to all different sections of the car in the near future (front end, exhaust, rear, etc), but its too nice of a day to sit doing this stuff now. For now all you get is the old story (but it IS updated ….) and a text index with picture names. Now you can hopefully (and quickly) find whatever you are looking for - just click on the text picture index of the left frame to get to this new section.

Just some work on the Chevy installing coil-overs in front, but you can read about that in the Chevy section.

This section is now devoted to the common items and issues between both car builds. For example, one update common to both the Ford and the Chevy that must be mentioned is our new lift. We acquired a new lift recently and installed it this weekend in our shop. We just have to get the 3 phase motor swapped out or rewound so it will work in a single phase design and then we can let everyone know just how cool it is to really have every tool needed including a lift. By the way, forgive the snow blower and fan and all the other crap in front of the Chevy, but it is winter in these parts, and these things have to go somewhere.
